Keep in mind that you will need plenty of room for aisles, door clearance (as required by the Fire Marshal), and optional food and beverage stations. A good rule of thumb is to almost DOUBLE the space needed for the booths alone when determining the total space needed.
For example: if your group will have 30 – 8’x10’ booths in a ballroom, the booths will take up 2400 square feet. So you will need to rent a room that is approximately 4800 square feet.
Material Handling (Drayage) is a service offered to Show Management and Exhibitors to efficiently move your exhibit materials to and from your booth space.
Cherry Convention Services, Inc. will receive at our warehouse all crated and/or boxed materials, store them free thirty (30) days prior to the show, reload these materials on our trucks and deliver them to the proper booth space. After set-up, we will remove empty crates for storage during the show, return empty crates at the close of the show, and move the materials back to the dock for outbound shipping with preferred carriers.
